Hot Ones Original Hot BBQ Sauce is the classic BBQ flavour – just with more edge. You get tomato, brown sugar, molasses, honey, chipotle, habanero, garlic and lime in a sauce that is sweet, smoky, spicy and medium hot.

This is not a brutal chili bomb. It’s a BBQ sauce that does what a good BBQ sauce should: it adds depth, sweetness, smoke and heat without drowning the food. It’s easy to use, but still unmistakably Hot Ones.

Taste and heat

The sauce has a high sweetness from brown sugar, sugar, honey and molasses. Chipotle gives it that smoky BBQ depth, garlic and onion add body, and habanero brings the heat. It lands as a medium hot BBQ sauce with a good balance of sweet, smoky and spicy.

Use it for

Use it on pulled pork, ribs, chicken, burgers, mac'n'cheese, fries, nuggets and grilled food. Brush it on during the last few minutes on the grill, use it as a dip, or stir it into marinades and dressings when you want classic BBQ with a little extra fire.
